The AT897 requires 11V to 52V DC phantom power or a 1.5V AA battery for operation. A battery need not be in place for phantom power operation.

Output from the microphone's XLRM-type connector is low impedance (Lo-Z) balanced. The signal appears across Pins 2 and 3; Pin 1 is ground (shield). Output phase is "Pin 2 hot" – positive acoustic pressure At Pin 2.

An integral 80 Hz high-pass filter provides easy switching from a flat frequency response to a low-end roll-off. The roll-off position reduces the pickup of low-frequency ambient noise (such as traffic, air-handling systems, etc .), room reverberation and mechanically coupled vibrations.

The microphone is RoHS compliant–free from all substances specified in the EU directive on hazardous substances.

AT897 peaks need to use 11V to 52V phantom power or 1.5V AA battery operation, when using phantom power, you can not install the battery.

The XLRM Canon output of Mi Gaofeng is a low-impedance balanced output. The peak audio signal is finally output by the 2 and 3 pins of the Canon's male head, while the 1 pin is a ground (mask) connection. The output phase will be set to the 2 pin with a positive phase level.

The built-in high-pass filter circuit can easily turn on the flat frequency response and turn on the sound absorption below 80Hz. The high-pass filter can reduce the low-frequency noise in the radio environment (such as the sound of the external brake engine, the wind noise of the air conditioning system, etc.) , the echo in the room and the mechanical vibration.

The peak of the microphone is RoHS compliant and does not contain any hazardous substances banned by the European Union.
